Attention all Parents:

All students, Preschool through Sr. in High School, will receive a Dental Screening letter to take home on Jan. 27th.  This explains a Dental Screening program which will be offered to all students on Feb. 3rd.  Be sure to read through this, complete and sign the appropriate places, and return to one of the school offices.  All students who do not return the signed waiver will be screened.  If floride varnish is desired, the back side of the form needs to be completed and returned.  If you have any questions, contact Carlene Friesen, School Nurse.
