The Driver's Education Course scheduled for this summer has been re-scheduled.
Classroom portion will be June 15th - June 26th Monday-Friday at LJSHS.
Driving portion will begin the week of June 29th and end July 10th. Students and the teacher will be required to wear face masks while driving.

Summer Food Program UPDATE
We will be making new arrangements regarding the Summer Food Program, from Tuesday, May 26th through Friday, June 26th. We will continue to provide free meals to children ages 1 to 18. In order to receive these meals, you must continue to call in your Breakfast/Lunch request from 8 a.m - 9 a.m every morning to the Board Office (785)-524-4436. New changes include curbside pick-up ONLY from the grade school (LES). We will no longer transport meals anywhere else in the district. You may pick-up requested meals from the LES between 11 a.m - 12 noon. Please check our district website under cafeteria for an updated menu.

Thank you to our amazing cooks here at USD 298. They have continued to work through this pandemic providing free meals for children ages 1 through 18. We appreciate everything you do for our students. You are pretty amazing. #hometownheartbeat #roaringleopards

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions still in place, the 6:00 pm Special USD 298 Board Meeting will be broadcast using Facebook Live from the USD 298 Facebook page. If there are technical difficulties, the recording will be uploaded to the USD 298 You Tube Channel immediately following the meeting. A link will be posted after it's uploaded. Lunches and breakfasts for children ages 1-18 will continue through Friday, May 22. Please continue to call in daily for meals. Our district is waiting on approval for continuation of the Summer Seamless Food Program after that. Please check back for further information. We will keep you informed.

Just a reminder to Lincoln Elementary parents that Thursday, May 14, is check in day if you have school owned materials, computers, library books and band instruments. If you have not already signed up for a specific time, please call the office. Signs will be out, please obey all traffic laws and one way streets, do not impede the flow of traffic.
