8 a.m. was the kick off time for the crew of volunteers last Saturday. Their mission-remove all of the deteriorating wood from Mettner Stadium. After two long days, the mission was accomplished. CBS Constructors, McCook, NE, will be putting in new aluminum. Thank you volunteers!

Just a reminder per KSHSAA guidelines, starting Monday 11/5 through Sunday 11/11 there shall be no athletic practice, offseason conditioning, informal basketball shooting, working out on wrestling mats, etc. in school owned facilities and may not be held under the supervision of a school staff member in non-school facilities.
