Lincoln Elementary will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair next week starting Monday, April 8 and ending on Thursday, April 11. Please help our school meet the goal of 485 books sold. Scholastic will give back a portion of the goal as rewards to our school when you shop. Check out the LES Library on Monday, from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, April 9 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. (with a first-come first-served hot dog meal from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.); and the last shopping day is Thursday, April 11, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.


Help us expend a big “thank you” to all the paraprofessionals in our district. Thank you for helping all students in our schools. You support, you teach, you care. You are amazing!


It's PROM Time!
This year there will be a promenade in the gym for all parents and community members to attend from 7:00pm - 7:30pm with picture opportunities to follow. We hope you can come out to the gym on Saturday and see our students in their best dressed! Parents and Community please use the north door to enter the gym.


JH Track competes in the 20th Annual Lakeside Meet @ Osborne on Wednesday, April 3 starting at 9:30 am. Good Luck Leopards!




HS Track travels to Beloit to compete in the St. John's Invitational Meet on Tuesday, April 2. Pole vault starts at 2:30 pm with other field events starting at 3 pm. Good Luck to our high school tracksters!

Job Olympics, held in Manhattan, takes place once a year. Students compete in different job-related tasks, helping them prepare for jobs in the Future.
Lincoln Jr./Sr. High School students brought home 17 medals this year!




KAY Club hosted their 9th Annual Easter Egg Hunt for LES students today. All students had a great time, and the Easter Bunny even took part in the fun! Thank you to Citizens State Bank and Trust for helping sponsor the event again this year.






This team got 4th place in the Line Follow event at the Fort Hays Robotics Competition. Congratulations to Collin G., Owen D., Hadley W., Arabella W., and Logan C.


Congratulations to Gavin L. For representing Lincoln County at the Kansas State Spelling Bee. Gavin won the Lincoln County Spelling Bee in February that qualified for the state competition.

The Jr. High robotics team has their 1st ever competition at Fort Hays. The students worked hard, and it was learning experience for everyone.

A reminder of the calendar change for this week - a full day of school on Wednesday, March 20 and on Thursday, March 21, school is dismissed at 12 noon.
