Volunteerism is the principle of donating time and energy towards a greater cause. VFW Post 7928 Color Guard has been selected as this year’s Lincoln High School’s Volunteer of the year award. They have come in the cold or heat, rain or shine and have always done so with a smile on their face. They are proud of the role they play in our athletic events and they always ask each year for the dates in which they are needed. The VFW Post 7928 has been our color guard for our home football games for over 30 years. The VFW Post 7928 have also donated many scholarships and spent many other hours donating time.
