October is Fire Prevention Month and First Responders Day is recognized. Kindergarten had a great time learning about these wonderful community helpers. We are very appreciative of all they do to help keep our community safe and for always taking the time to share their knowledge!

Lincoln Elementary celebrated National First Responder's Day by having Lincoln County Sheriff's Department come and talk to students about what they do.

Lincoln Elementary, remember to wear red on Wednesday to support National Red Ribbon week!

Hunter Allison, a UAS Flight Instructor at K-State Salina, came and spoke to the Ag Business class about new technology emerging as well as their flight programs available. He even flew the spray drone for the students!

Senior parents that need help filling out the FAFSA can join a drop-in virtual event where they can receive one-on-one support from financial aid professionals from across the state of Kansas! The first one is Thursday, October 23rd from 5:00-7:30.

School will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 for Parent/Teacher Conferences.

Lady Leopards finish the Pike Trail League volleyball tournament 2-1 for the day and a 5th place finish. They got an upset over the 1 seed on the day as well.
