Mrs. Ptacek started a Teachers Pay Teachers campaign in order to add amazing social-emotional learning resources that will support all of our LES students and their needs to our school counseling program this year. The first junior high girls cheerleading practice will be at 5:30 at LES on Thursday, August 20th, after volleyball practice
There will be a JH football parents meeting after practice today at the field at 6:00 pm. Also junior high football players need to be sure to remember a water bottle for practice.
LES Parents/Guardians: Please remember to sign up for Meet the Teacher day, some times for teachers will overlap there will be chairs outside teacher rooms to wait until you and your child may enter. Kindergarten parents information will be sent for you to complete the ASQ survey ahead of time, if you do this your Meet the Teacher time will be 10 minutes rather than 30 minutes. A reminder to all Lincoln Jr./Sr. High parents that if your child will be participating in any sport activities this school year, their sports physical needs to be completed and returned to school by Monday, August 17. New this year is a COVID-19 form that must be signed along with the Physical form and Concussion form. The school has to have these forms prior to your student participating in practice. JH Parents – if your daughter will be participating in volleyball this year, please come to the Parent/Athlete meeting on Monday, August 17, 4:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Elementary Gym. In order to limit the number gathering, we are asking that only 1 parent, if possible, attend with their athlete. Temperatures will be checked prior to entry, masks are recommended but not required, and rules for the team will be distributed. If your child was eligible for free or reduced meals last school year and you have not been notified that your child is eligible this year, eligibility from the previous year allows your child to eat free or reduced meals until October 5, 2020. After that date, your child will be charged the full price for meals.
