Due to sickness and the lack of staff to livefeed the board meeting, it will not be on livefeed tonight. We will record it and upload it to YouTube.

Post 3 of 3- These LES students were nominated for Leopard Leaders this week! When a student is nominated for a Leopard Leader by a staff member their picture (shown below) is displayed on the TV in our hallway for one week, they get to take a Leopard Leader paper home, and they get to ring our big hand bell on Friday when they come to Character Education class. Check out how these Leopards showed great character!

USD 298 Board of Education approved early school closure for the week December 13 through December 17, 2021, due to student illness and inability to fully staff our buildings. All buildings will be closed with no athletic practices or events or community access during this time. This will allow staff to deep clean and get ready for reopening on January 4, 2022.

LES Parents/Guardians: the LES Kindergarten through Fifth grade Winter Music Concert has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 12 in the LES gym. In order to limit crowd size, Kindergarten through Second Grade students will perform beginning at 6:00 and conclude at 6:45. Doors will open at 5:45. If you do not have an older student we ask that you please exit with your Kindergarten-2nd student at the end of the first performance. 3rd-5th grade students will perform from 7:00-7:45, but do not need to arrive until 6:45 unless watching the Kindergarten-2nd program with a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians and their families that have children in both performances may stay for each performance. The program will be recorded in its entirety and uploaded to the USD 298 Facebook page. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation. Thank you
