Attn LES Parents/Guardians: LES is experiencing a high number of student illnesses, more than 15% of students are absent due to illness. Most illnesses have respiratory or stomach flu-like symptoms at this time. Please encourage students to stay at home if they are sick and wash their hands often. If a student is unable to cover their mouth and nose properly due to excessive coughing or respiratory symptoms, they may be asked to wear a mask to remain in school. Parents and guardians will be notified before this. LES is a mask optional building, but masks are encouraged for student and staff wellness. If you have any questions please call Mrs. Schmidt. Thank you for your continued cooperation in keeping students in school.

Post 2 of 2- These LES students were nominated for Leopard Leaders this week! When a student is nominated for a Leopard Leader by a staff member their picture (shown below) is displayed on the TV in our hallway for one week, they get to take a Leopard Leader paper home, and they get to ring our big hand bell on Friday when they come to Character Education class. Check out how these Leopards showed great character!
