
Six Biology students competed last week in the Envirothon held at Wilson Lake. The team of Romesburg, Bates and Rathbun placed 2nd in Wildlife and 3rd in Soils/Land use. Thank you to KS Conservation Districts (KACD) for putting on this event! It was a great learning experience!







We are so very proud of these students for completing their CNA certification! They worked on class work, up early every week for clinical work at LPM and passed the state exam!! Thank you to the staff at LPM for helping our students. Congrats!!


Gage, Carisa, Isaac, and Jasmine competed in the Kansas Civics Game in Topeka. They met Senator Bowers and Representative Waymaster as well as made their way to the top of the state Capitol.





Darlene Lyne made the cutest little Easter baskets for the kindergartners! Thank you, Darlene! They loved them!

On Saturday, April 1, Levi B. performed a trumpet solo for the Regional Solo and Small Ensemble Musical Festival in Larned. He received a "1" Rating for his performance and is now moving on to perform at Hesston College for the State Musical festival on April 29. Mr. Riggs states, "Levi is an excellent, self-motivated musician and I am pleased to see his hard work earn him this honor."

Chelsea from Kansas Learning Center for Health visited kindergarten for a Farm to Family presentation last Friday. They had so much fun making a sprout house! I wonder if any seeds have sprouted yet?
